About

Who is this guy and why should you let him near your business?

Oliver

I’m Oliver. You can borrow me.

I’m a swiss army knife. Builder, teacher, project manager, researcher, problem-solver. I’ve spent my whole life picking things up fast, getting my hands dirty, and making things work.

I’m not the deepest expert in any one field. I’m the person you call when you need someone who can figure it out — and then either do it, teach your team how, or stick around and manage it.

How I got here

I didn’t follow a straight path. I’ve managed projects, built products, designed systems, taught teams new tools, wrangled data, and learned whatever I needed to along the way. Not because I planned to — because that’s what the work required.

The common thread? Every role I’ve had, I was the person people came to when something needed to actually happen. Not theorized about. Not planned for six months. Not outsourced to a committee. Someone needed to own it — I raised my hand.

The tap-in method

I’ll be straight with you: I don’t know everything. Nobody does. But I know how to find the answer fast.

I’ve built a network of founders, senior engineers, designers, data people, and operators — people who are genuinely great at what they do. When a problem needs a perspective I don’t have, I tap them in. I get educated, I hear a different angle, I find a better solution.

You don’t get handed off. You don’t get introduced to someone else. I stay on it. I just know who to call to make sure it gets done right.

What I believe

  • Honesty over salesmanship. If I can’t help you, I’ll say so. If your idea won’t work, I’ll tell you. You’re paying for straight answers, not comfort.
  • Speed over perfection. A good solution shipped this week beats a perfect one shipped never.
  • Teaching over dependency. I’d rather show you how it works than make you need me forever.
  • Doing over talking. Plans are great. Results are better.
